Port Protect’s Return Policy 

Due to the nature of medical products, and prioritizing the safety and highest hygiene for our patients, we do not accept returns,exchanges or refunds for Port Protects once they have been purchased and shipped.  This policy ensures that the safety and well-being of our customers is protected.  All medical products must remain unopened and unused, especially as the majority of our patients are immunocompromised.

Please ensure that you thoroughly review all product details and specifications before making a purchase.  Always consult with your doctor if required and understand that you are using this product at your own risk.
